Apple Redesign App
A seamless employee form builder that allows users to create custom forms for performance feedback by offering a user-friendly interface and customizable pre-built templates and form fields.

Throughout my role, I had a range of tasks that were integral to the success of the project. These included, but were not limited to:

Conducting research: To inform the design process, I conducted research that involved analyzing user behaviors, preferences, and needs. This research included tasks such as conducting user interviews, analyzing competitors, and performing data analysis, and user testing.
Facilitating workshops: I organized and led workshops to gather insights, feedback, and requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
Creating wireframes: I developed wireframes that helped to communicate design concepts, ideas, and interactions to stakeholders.
Delivering presentations: I presented my designs and findings to key stakeholders, including business partners and senior leadership.
Building prototypes: I constructed prototypes to showcase the design and validate concepts with stakeholders and end-users.
Coordinating handoff: I collaborated with developers to ensure a seamless handoff of design assets and requirements, ultimately ensuring that the final product met the design vision and specifications.

These tasks were all crucial in ensuring that the project was successful and that the final product met the needs and expectations of all stakeholders and end-users involved.
I am currently leading a redesign project that will have an impact on over 16,000 users globally. This project is a continuation of my previous work where I redesigned an evaluation tool that helped streamline the assessment process for employee performance. Throughout my role, I collaborated with business partners, developers, and other teams to ensure that the design met the needs of all users and adhered to Apple's design standards. My main responsibility was to create designs that were not only user-friendly and accessible but also aligned with Apple's design principles. Although the project was challenging, it was ultimately fulfilling, as it improved employee experience and customer service. I am proud to have contributed to the success of Apple and its employees.
